You can listen to recorded information by calling 08 92 22 84 72 or call 33 810 26 46 26 to talk to a live agent. Live agents are available from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

In order to access our call center and talk to an agent, you will need to pay the €14.50  visa information fee. This payment gives you access to a live agent who can give you visa information and make an appointment for an interview at the Embassy.
