The American Citizen Services (ACS) office of the Consular Section provides information and assistance to U.S. citizens in France. This office provides passport and citizenship services as well as birth registrations for U.S. citizen children born abroad. Notarial and authentication services, marriages in France, voting by absentee ballot, as well as general information for Americans visiting or residing in France are also available. The ACS office provides information on Federal Benefits.

Notary Section : Tuesday- Friday from 9 am to 12 pm
Closed on French and American Holidays.
